ING Deutschland is rolling out crypto exchange-traded products (ETPs) to its 3.2 million retail securities account holders, marking a significant step in mainstream digital asset adoption. Starting this month, customers can invest in crypto ETNs with no order fees and a minimum entry of €1,000. The bank will also offer savings plans for recurring investments, catering to both novice and seasoned investors.

The MOVE aligns with ING Deutschland's broader strategy to enhance digital services and meet evolving customer demands. CEO Lars Stoy emphasized the bank's commitment to accelerating product launches and delivering a personalized digital banking experience. "We're bridging traditional finance with the digital asset ecosystem," Stoy noted.

The initiative follows a year of robust growth for the bank, which saw securities transactions surge to 55.2 million in 2025—up from 43.3 million in 2024—and assets under management climb 22% to €134.6 billion. Retail investor activity and net inflows drove the expansion, setting the stage for this crypto integration.
